What we offer
As well as our regular weekly running groups we also offer expert coaching and provide one off training plans to help people achieve their best. We also have coaches who can cater from complete beginners up to elite level, whether it’s for those individuals looking to make sure they are on the right path from the outset to those more experienced runners looking to maximise their training and make that next step up.
Irrelevant of what standard you are or how long you have been running we believe it’s very important that you set yourself clear, concise goals (both short and longer term) and a have clear idea of actions required in order achieve those goals. Our online coaching service offer’s a personal approach based around your individual requirements. Working with your coach will not only help identify the area’s you need to address in order to improve and ultimately achieve your goals but also give you peace of mind you’re getting the most from your training. By working more closely we can factor in personal circumstances, time available and experience to name a few as well as help identify individual strength and weaknesses. We can also closely monitor via our online software (synced with your watch) as well as pick up the feedback you leave on your training allowing us to monitor and adapt your training. Rather than left to your own devices via a training plan to follow you also able to tap into the knowledge of your coach for advice, support and planning or be to simply to help explain somewhere you might not be sure about.
