Mixed Groups

Next Level –

Our Next Level groups take place Wednesdays 6:45pm – 8pm and
Saturday mornings 8am – 9.15am

The groups are structured training sessions available to both men and women for those wanting to improve their running and be part of running group community preparing for specific race distances from 5k to the marathon, catering also for tri-athletes and ultra-runners looking to include some quality interval training relevant to their events.

What’s your level?

These group can cater for all levels of fitness and abilities from less experienced to more experienced runner although currently our Wednesday tends to see more runners in region 18min to 26min over 5km range (or the equivalent times of over the long distances e.g.38-55min – 10k, 1hr 25-2hrs – HM & 2hr55 – 4.15 Marathon respectively).

Saturday sessions have a slightly wider current cohort however of approx. 20-30mins over 5km, 42-65min 10km, 1hr30-2.15 HM & marathon runners 3hr15-5hrs Individuals yet to achieve those times may wish to consider our LMR@6 group and those faster may wish to consider the Guernsey Athletics. Groups numbers are limited to ensure that groups aren’t over-subscribed, and you are well looked after by our team of coaches. Members are also able to access our members portal which contains a host of information including training plans, advice and conditioning routines and some follow along conditioning sessions as well other content all geared to helping you unlock your full potential.
