(men & women – with event aims)
Saturday morning 8am
8am until 9.15am training at a variety of locations
Structured running groups session aimed at those preparing for events from 5km to the marathon as well as triathlon. Open to both men & women. Saturday group can cater for all abilities and we tend to see a range of abilities ranging from those starting out to those more experienced runners. This group can be used an 2nd session per week if you are a member of one of Wednesday groups or indeed if you miss training on Wednesday.
A variety of locations are used around Guernsey, all info is posted out via the members facebook page.
