Here at Lee Merrien Running we are passionate about running and want to share that with you. We aim to encourage more people into the sport we love and make running fun and accessible to all. We cater for all abilities be it those looking to get started, to experienced runners looking to reach the next step and unlock their full potential.
Lee Merrien Running offers structured group training sessions, one to one coaching as well as personalised training plans and Strength and conditioning sessions. All group training is co-ordinated by Olympic marathon runner Lee Merrien.

As well as our regular weekly running groups we also offer expert coaching and provide one off training plans to help people achieve their best. We also have coaches who can cater from complete beginners up to elite level, whether it’s for those individuals looking to make sure they are on the right path from the outset to those more experienced runners looking to maximise their training and make that next step up.
